It helped a little at first, so I’ll give it that, but the pain came back quickly. I guess if you only need relief for a few minutes, it does the job.

The exchange did end up working out, so that was good. I don’t know why the emails took a few days to come through, though, and the return label was a bit confusing at first. Overall it was okay, just slower than I expected.

So... I ordered a couple of things from Mommy Matters and overall they were fine. Nothing really stood out as bad, and the shipping was okay too — not super quick, but it didn’t feel late either.

For the price, though, I guess I expected a little more. Some of the items are definitely useful, but a few also felt like things I might be able to find somewhere else for less.
I’m not unhappy with my order, but I’m not totally convinced it’s the best value. It’s decent stuff, just maybe a little pricey for what it is...

I ordered my normal size and even checked the size chart beforehand, but the fit was really strange on me. The waist felt too tight, while the bust area had way too much room, so it didn’t sit right or feel comfortable.

Maybe it would work better for someone with a different body shape, but for me it was just frustrating. Having to return it made the whole thing feel like more trouble than it was worth, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

I ordered this thinking it would show up in the normal delivery window, but it just seemed to sit around for days without moving. The tracking barely gave any helpful updates, and that part was weird. It ended up taking way longer than what was listed, which was frustrating.

I was really hoping for more help after giving birth, but the support just wasn’t there. It felt like once the baby arrived, I was kind of left to figure everything out on my own. how is this okay? Postpartum is already such a vulnerable time, and I expected a lot more care and guidance.

It’s not the worst site ever, but I got frustrated quickly because I expected it to be much more straightforward. And when I got one of those generic “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, it just made it more annoying. Like, I’d rather they actually fix the confusing parts than send canned apologies.

I bought this maternity support belt thinking it would hold up at least through a good chunk of pregnancy, especially for the price. But after about two weeks, it was already fraying, the stitching started coming loose, and the Velcro barely stays put anymore. Maybe I expected too much, but from the way it was described, I assumed it would be sturdier than this. Disappointing overall.

It is cute and I do like the way it looks, but I would not say it is very practical for everyday use

I ordered two specific maternity tops, and somehow one showed up in the wrong size and the other was a completely different color than what I chose. The packing slip even listed the right items, which makes it more confusing. This feels like the same kind of issue all over again, and I’m tired of having to fix mistakes like this. Now I have to go through the return process and wait again, which is just really annoying

I bought this expecting it to be soft enough for mom and baby stuff, but it feels rough on the skin. I even washed it hoping it would soften up, but nope, it stayed uncomfortable. I had planned to use it right away for a few baby things, so that was really frustrating and kind of threw off what I had in mind. Disappointed overall and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

I reached out a few times about my order, and while they did eventually respond, the replies were slow and didn’t really answer my questions. It felt like I was being brushed off, which was frustrating. I’m sure they’re busy, but this wasn’t a great customer service experience for me.
